Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of evidenced- based smoking cessation interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of the health risks of smoking in mental health.
• Awareness of national initiatives and guidance.
• Understanding of determinants of health and needs of disadvantaged areas.
• Organising and planning events; governance, quality, standards and ethics.
• Maintain communication and records within the organisation including notes, appointments and activity logs.
• Inputting, monitoring and reporting data on smoking from ward to community.
• Arrange follow-up appointments.
