Thrive Tribe is recruiting a Community Stop Smoking Advisor to deliver evidence-based cessation support across Hampshire, combining one-to-one and group sessions in community settings with occasional remote work. You will manage a caseload, track outcomes, and contribute to service referrals while upholding safeguarding and governance policies.

Training is provided, with NCSCT Stop Smoking Advisor training as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience of smoking cessation support.
• Full training for the role provided; NCSCT Stop Smoking Advisor training is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, predominantly face-to-face interventions for smoking cessation with individuals and groups in community settings.
• Manage your client caseload, provide follow-up, and re-engage where required.
• Maintain accurate, complete, timely client records and monitor progress.
