Job summary

Pied-De-Poule, an international beauty salon chain, is looking for a passionate SMM specialist to join our back office team. Your role involves creating and publishing engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, aiming to connect with our target audience more effectively.

We value self-organization and proactive communication with the marketing department. You will report on KPIs each month and can expect a path to grow into the head of the SMM department with opportunities to manage your own team.

We are an international brand PIED-DE-POULE - a chain of beauty salons. We are currently looking for an SMM specialist to join our back office team.

Tasks you will need to solve

• Achieving full connection with the target audience, creating and publishing content that resonates with them
• Creating photos, videos, texts (with a team or independently)
• Administration and development of Instagram/Facebook/TikTok accounts

The end product of your work will be

• 30 organic (excluding targeted advertising) customer requests in Direct per day to sign up for services in the

KPI

• The number of organic customer requests in Direct to sign up for services in the salon
• Dynamics of account development (landed leads, reach, subscribers)

Reporting

• Monthly report on KPIs
