Overview

As an SME Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, helping us expand our reach and deliver exceptional value to SME clients across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Driving New Business: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across small, medium, and large SME clients.
  • Tailoring Solutions: Offer bespoke, packaged service solutions that align with the unique risk profiles and operational needs of each client.
  • Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline using the Securitas CEP system, ensuring consistent activity and conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our UK Marketing and Telemarketing teams to maximise lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Leveraging Technology: Use mobile, remote, and digital technologies to enhance customer engagement and improve risk mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with our Mobile, Electronic Security (ES), and Security Operations Centre (SOC) teams to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Represent Securitas with professionalism and integrity, building trust and long-term relationships with clients and service partners.
  • Performance Focus: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while ensuring full compliance.
  • Market Awareness: Stay alert to national and local business trends, identifying opportunities that align with our SME growth strategy.
  • Risk Tools: Proactively use the SST / Advisor risk tool to assess and communicate value to clients.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Experience in Sales (New Business)
  • Drive to achieve and succeed targets set
  • Deliver innovative strategies to bring in new business
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Robust knowledge of the end to end Sales lifecycle
  • 5 year Checkable Employment History, with documents to cover any gaps.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
