At Corona Energy we are on an exciting journey with plans to develop and grow our business. To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced SME Renewals Team Leader to manage a team of 6 sales consultants.
The ideal person will have strong people management experience with a proven track record of consistently delivering on sales targets. You will achieve this as an individual contributor and through your team.

In this role you will lead by example and will use your people skills to coach and mentor the SME sales team to achieve ambitious growth and retention targets, whilst ensuring the renewals cycle is a seamless process.
Working closely with the wider sales team, you will be a champion of innovation and process improvement seeking to identify and maximise business opportunities and routes to market, using your knowledge and insight to contribute towards our company goals.

This role is based in our Coventry City Centre offices and is Monday to Friday, 0830-1700 with an hour for lunch. There is no evening or weekend working for this role.
