You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, deliver on lending and growth targets, and work closely with the wider relationship team to meet client needs.

The role emphasises proactive risk management, strong communication, and building trusted networks with advisers and the local business community.

Qualifications

• B2B sales or SME banking experience is useful.
• Adept at building relationships with SMEs and professional advisers.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet lending targets and support new business and deposits.
• Develop networks with SME advisers and the local business community.
• Ensure risk activities are completed on time and accurately.
• Collaborate with Senior Relationship Manager on development plans.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet client needs quickly.
