GetRecruited UK Ltd in Stourbridge is partnering with a small independent broker to recruit an SME Account Handler. You will maintain contact with existing SME commercial clients, review cover needs, and coordinate with Account Executives to deliver a consistent service.

Competenze

• Experience as an SME Account Handler within SME commercial insurance.
• Ability to understand client needs and explain insurance clearly.
• Confident building relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong telephone, written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage your own workload.
• Comfortable identifying sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborative approach with interest in developing your insurance career.

Mansioni

• Maintain regular contact with existing SME commercial clients and review cover needs.
• Ask relevant questions to assess requirements and identify gaps in cover.
• Respond to enquiries clearly and promptly while upholding service standards.
• Work with Account Executives and peers to coordinate activity and ensure consistency.
• Identify opportunities to sell or cross-sell insurance products when appropriate.
• Keep files, notes and policy records clear and up to date for continuity.
• Organise workload effectively, balancing client contact with admin tasks.
• Follow FCA requirements and internal procedures with accurate documentation.
