Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for merchants, owning commercial outcomes end to end.
• Use AI-powered tools to spot growth, cross-sell and risk opportunities across your book.
• Keep pipeline, forecast and portfolio health reporting accurate, and share best practices with AM2 colleagues.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve merchant needs and decide the right action when standard processes aren’t enough.
