Qualifications

• Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Paint Sprayer, ideally within a crash repair or main dealer environment.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant repair experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting.
• Valid work permit or right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out SMART repair tasks such as striping, fitting, refurbishment, and parts fitting.
• Perform repairs on components including respraying, buffing, wheel refurbishment, touch-ups, and parts replacement.
• Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and use PPE appropriately.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop environment.
