Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Swindon is seeking an experienced SMART Repairer to join our expanding dealership network. This role offers a competitive basic salary complemented by an uncapped on-target earnings potential of around £39,800 per year, with hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a SMART Repairer (mobile or workshop) is desirable.
• Automotive accident repair experience including minor panel damage, vehicle re-spraying and prep will be considered.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Capable of working independently while supporting a growing operation.
• Commitment to health and safety and outstanding customer care is essential.

- Salary: Around £39,800 uncapped annual on-target earnings

- Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:

- As a SMART Repairer, you will carry out SMART repairs, including minor panel damage, paint preparation, masking and polishing.

- Mix and apply paint products to a consistently high standard.

- Repair or replace damaged panels in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe, clean and organised working environment.

- The SMART Repairer will assist with customer enquiries and repair quotations when required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a SMART Repairer, either mobile or workshop-based, is desirable.

- Relevant automotive accident repair experience involving minor panel damage repairs, vehicle re-spraying and preparation will also be considered.

- Applicants for the SMART Repairer position must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take pride in their workmanship.

- A successful SMART Repairer will work effectively independently while supporting a growing operation.

- Commitment to health and safety, outstanding customer care and continuous professional development is essential.

- A full UK driving licence with minimal points is required.
