Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Stoke area is seeking a highly skilled Smart Repair Technician for a main dealer bodyshop. You will perform cosmetic repairs across various vehicle types, including painting, refurbishing, and fitting parts, while maintaining high quality standards.

This role offers a competitive base salary around £36,000 with bonus potential and an OTE of £42,000, along with holiday entitlement, enhanced leave policies, and ongoing training within a large, well-established motor

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician.
• Ability to perform multi-skilled cosmetic repairs on various vehicle makes/models.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cosmetic repairs including painting, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
• Carry out stripping, refurnishing, and refinishing tasks, maintaining high quality standards
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the manufacturer’s specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation of repair work and liaise with the workshop team
• Follow health and safety protocols throughout all repair activities
• Contribute to a positive team environment by ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks

Duties of a Smart Repairer:
