Octane Recruitment Limited in Swindon is seeking a skilled SMART Repair Technician to join the bodyshop team. You will carry out cosmetic and SMART repairs on damaged vehicles, strip, refurbish and fit components, and work as part of a multi-skilled team.

This 40-hour week role (Mon-Fri, no weekends) offers a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £40,000 and clear progression opportunities, with emphasis on quality and safety and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Competenze

• Previous accident repair or cosmetic vehicle repair experience.
• Experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Bodyshop Technician, or Cosmetic Repair Technician.
• Ability to follow manufacturer repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Right to work in the UK.

Mansioni

• Carry out cosmetic and SMART repairs on damaged vehicles.
• Strip, refurbish and fit components as required.
• Complete a variety of vehicle cosmetic repair work.
• Repair vehicles in line with required manufacturer specifications.
• Work as a multi-skilled member of the bodyshop team.
• Use appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety procedures.

SMART Repair Technician Role

• Good understanding of bodyshop health and safety requirements
