Job summary

Resource Management Solutions in Corby is hiring SMART Repair Technicians to perform minor paint repairs on vehicles using SMART techniques. The role is hands-on and requires adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced workshop.

You must be over 22, hold a valid UK driving licence with under 6 penalty points, and have at least 2 years' SMART repair experience. The position offers early/late shifts and weekly pay at £18.28 per hour.

• No DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.

• Position: SMART Repair Technician
• Working Hours: Monday‑Friday – 2x shift rotation 6am‑2pm / 2pm‑10pm
• Salary: £18.28 per hour, paid weekly. (Overtime and Unsociable paid at an enhanced rate)

Key Responsibilities

• Mask off areas that are not to be repaired to avoid overspray or accidental damage.
• Perform minor paintwork repairs, such as scratch and scuff repairs, using SMART techniques.
• Polish, buff, and apply protective coatings.
• To make any necessary adjustments to ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

About you?

• To be successful, you must be over 22 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience completing SMART Repairs on Vehicles.
