Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Smart Repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Perform preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all vehicle makes.
• Use all paint mixing schemes and drying equipment accurately for all repairs.
• Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
• Carry out polishing of freshly painted panels, ensuring a flawless finish that matches factory standards.
• Complete all documentation accurately and follow company procedures.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
