£38,000 basic salary + bonus OTE £41,000

About the Role

The successful candidate will maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Tasks include preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels across all vehicle makes. Accurate use of paint mixing schemes and adherence to technical instructions are essential.

Main Responsibilities

• Polish newly painted panels, ensuring a flawless finish matching the factory standard.
• Perform preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and refurbishing of wheels.
• Maintain repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
• Complete all documentation accurately and follow company procedures.
• Plan and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
