Job Description:

The successful candidate will maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles. Use all paint mixing schemes and drying equipment accurately, and interpret technical instruction data.

Main Duties:

• Polish newly painted panels, ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed and the finish matches the factory standard.
• Perform preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Complete all documentation accurately and follow company procedures.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
