Job summary

Habito by Monzo is hiring Mortgage Experts to help customers find the right mortgage quickly and smoothly. You will assess applications, issue trusted recommendations, and maintain exceptional customer service through live online chat.

The role requires CeMAP qualification and experience with whole-of-market lenders, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment. A generous benefits package is offered, including remote-friendly options and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified with +1 year of experience.
• Whole of market OR multiple lender experience.
• Organised and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and happy to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creating a best in class advice service by assessing customer applications and issuing high-quality recommendations.
• Providing a 5-star customer experience throughout all interactions, putting the customer first.
• Delivering a high-quality level of communication via online live chat.
• Managing an ongoing pipeline of applications proactively and efficiently.
• Working closely with Ops colleagues and Habito group to deliver the best results for the customer.
• Adhering to quality and compliance standards.
