Job summary

FM JOBS LIMITED is seeking a self-employed Mortgage Advisor to build your own client bank while enjoying flexible, home-based work with one day per week in the Guildford area. You control workload and hours to maximise earnings within a collaborative brokerage.

Essential CeMAP qualification and at least 2 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor are required. You will work on a commission-only basis with introductions and strong support from the brokerage.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification is essential.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Proven ability to generate business and maintain a client bank.
• Comfortable working on a self employed, commission only basis.
• Willing to attend the office once per week.
