SURE SERVE UK LTD in Newmarket is seeking a Training Manager to lead the technical training strategy for smart metering. This role involves both operational and strategic aspects, ensuring compliance and building competency within the workforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in smart metering, mentoring engineers, and managing compliance audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years operational experience in smart metering.
• Experience mentoring or supervising engineers, authoring technical SOPs.
• Proven experience in Training, ideally within utilities or energy.

Responsabilités

• Deliver classroom and field-based training in Smart Metering.
• Conduct competence assessments and mentoring.
• Maintain and govern the competence matrix.

Connaissances

Operational experience in smart metering

Mentoring or supervising engineers

Strong understanding of incident investigation processes

Stakeholder management

Problem-solving capabilities

Demonstrated leadership skills

Formation

Level 2/3 Diploma in Smart Metering

Level 3 Award in Education & Training (preferred)
