A leading energy provider in the UK is seeking a Smart Meter Engineer to join their team in Redhill. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety and customer excellence while fitting smart meters and educating customers about energy-saving technologies. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £36,500 along with various benefits, performance bonuses, and opportunities for upskilling in renewable technologies. The role requires a valid MOCoPA and Gas Safe certification, ensuring readiness for an engaging and evolving working environment.

Qualifications

• MOCoPA – held within the last 3 years.
• Gas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Fitting meters and explaining their functionality to customers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and safety during installations.
• Working as part of a team supported by office staff.
