M Group Energy is seeking a Revenue Protection Officer to investigate and prevent energy theft, ensuring safe installations and coordinating next steps with suppliers. You’ll also handle debt recovery tasks including metering work and potential de-energising.

The role requires a positive, proactive mindset, full UK driving licence with few points, and relevant metering qualifications. Training will be provided, with a clear path for progression.

Qualifikationen

• Valid UK driving licence with less than 6 points.
• CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 with MET1 required.
• NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) / MOCOPA.
• Experience installing gas and electric smart meters.
• Strong customer service background; stay calm in challenging situations.

Aufgaben

• Investigate, detect, and prevent gas and electricity theft in residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure installations are safe and coordinate with supplier on next actions.
• Collect evidence and provide information to the client to decide next steps.
• Involved in debt recovery work, including metering tasks such as installing a SMART meter or de-energising/disconnecting.
