Job summary

M Group Energy is seeking a Revenue Protection Officer to investigate and prevent energy theft, ensure safe installations, and support debt recovery tasks. You will gather evidence, liaise with suppliers, and deliver professional service to customers in a challenging environment.

Training is provided, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset is valued. Previous revenue protection or conflict-management experience is helpful but not essential; join a standards-driven team with strong career

Qualifications

Must hold a valid UK driving licence with less than 6 points.
Experience installing gas and electricity smart meters.
Strong customer service background with ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Investigate, detect and prevent gas and electricity theft in residential and commercial properties.
Ensure installations are safe and coordinate next steps with the supplier.
Participate in debt recovery tasks and metering activities (e.g., SMART meters, de-energising).
Provide evidence and information to clients and maintain professionalism and integrity.
