M Group Energy is hiring a Revenue Protection Officer to join the Metering team in the UK. You will investigate theft, ensure safe installations, and collect evidence to guide client decisions while supporting debt recovery tasks such as smart meter installations or disconnections.

Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are essential; training in revenue protection and conflict management is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 with MET1 qualifications.
• NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) / MOCOPA.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, detect, and prevent gas and electricity theft in residential and commercial properties; ensure installations are safe and coordinate actions with the supplier.
• Collect evidence and provide information to the client to decide next steps.
• Involved in debt recovery work; may include installing a SMART meter or de-energising/disconnecting the supply.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity and maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Receive full training on revenue protection and conflict management.

Connaissances

Full UK driving licence

CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 with MET1

NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering

Experience installing gas/electricity
