Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking an Implementation Manager to deliver innovative technology solutions and lead strategic improvements for smart metering deployments. The role focuses on integration, governance, and driving efficiency across partners.

The ideal candidate will have IT project delivery experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of smart metering operations, with a hybrid role based in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Educated to HNC level or equivalent.
• Extensive experience delivering IT solutions or managing projects.
• Knowledge of smart metering and metering operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of new smart technology and assets across Smart Field Services.
• Shape the long-term Smart rollout, maintenance and replacement programmes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement by analysing data sets with the Smart Field Services team.
• Deliver improvement projects focusing on efficiency, performance, and consistency.
• Lead governance meetings with senior stakeholders across metering partners.
