SMART Meter Engineer Support Agent - Dual Fuel West Sussex

Role Overview
We are seeking SMART Meter Engineer Support Agents with electricity and gas meter experience to join our Field Debt Solutions team. In this role, you will assist customers in resolving debts, support future payments, install PAYG meters when appropriate, and help reduce energy consumption.
We provide all necessary equipment: smartphone, tablet, tools, uniform, vehicle, and fuel card. Training will be provided on installing SMART meters according to E.ON standards and advising customers on payment options. After training, you can earn additional incentives based on performance.
This role offers variety, independence, and the chance to make a positive impact. No fixed shifts allow flexibility, and optional overtime provides additional earning potential.
