Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters is seeking a Call Centre Agent to schedule Smart Meter installations, manage customer data, and handle both inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on achieving KPIs, maintaining accuracy, and upholding SMICOP compliance.

You will be part of a team supporting energy efficiency projects across the UK, with core hours Monday to Friday 9:00AM–5:00PM and a discretionary monthly KPI bonus for performance.

Qualifications

• Experience inputting/updating databases.
• Articulate with a clear telephone manner.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for Smart Meter installations or exchanges by liaising with customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Enter customer details accurately into the database.
• Log and process customer enquiries or complaints and escalate to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with SMICOP and company policies.
• Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as required by the company.
