Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters, a subsidiary of Sureserve Group Limited, is delivering domestic smart meter installations across the UK from Carlisle. This role focuses on exchanging meters in customers’ homes, providing demonstrations, and ongoing meter maintenance.

Qualifications

• MET1 competency required.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 qualifications requested.
• Experience with single-phase electric metering.
• MOCOPA 1a/1c knowledge required.
• REGT1 and polyphase electrical knowledge desirable.
• Valid UK driving licence required.
• Minimum 6 months fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a full after-care service with a customer demonstration on the new meter.
• Repair and maintain meters after installation.
