Job summary

SSE Energy Solutions – Smart Buildings is recruiting a Smart Buildings Support Engineer to join the BMS Support team. Base location: Field based covering North East England.

You will perform pre-planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, identify energy performance improvements and provide concise reports on onsite activities. The role requires strong technical knowledge of BEMS/HVAC controls, excellent communication with customers and stakeholders, and flexibility for on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens, Trend or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls.

Responsibilities

• Carry out BMS pre planned maintenance, small upgrades and additional works.
