Job summary
Line Management Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead on-site installation, support, and maintenance of advanced smart building technologies across established client sites in Greater London. You will coordinate cabling, AV, security, and IoT deployments while ensuring health and safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Experience in structured cabling, CCTV, Wi‑Fi, and access systems is essential, with strong leadership and documentation skills.
Qualifications
- ECS Card, CNCI and SMSTS qualifications are required.
- Full, clean driving licence is essential.
- Fluke testing with Linkware experience preferred.
- GCSEs including Maths and English are required.
- IPAF or PASMA certification is expected.
Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site installation, support and maintenance of smart building tech across client sites.
- Coordinate on-site installation teams and liaise with site personnel for timely execution.
- Manage documentation, test records, As-Built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and accurate risk assessments (RAMS).
- Lead authorised partners and staff with clear engagement terms.
- Maintain and improve project progress using internal and client systems.
