Job summary

East West Connect Ltd is seeking an Electronic Security Site Manager to deliver installation, upgrades, and remedial works across residential and commercial sites. You will supervise site teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and manage surveying, estimating and quotations.

The role requires reading technical drawings, managing CCTV, access control and intruder systems, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with NSI Gold and relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' electronic security installation or project delivery experience.
• Experience supervising site teams on live construction or maintenance sites.
• Practical knowledge of CCTV, access control and intruder systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and specs.
• Knowledge of RAMS, permits and CDM duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site activities, labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Supervise engineers, apprentices and subcontractors ensuring competence and supervision.
• Manage CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and related systems; oversee testing and commissioning.
• Complete site surveys, prepare scopes, material lists and quotations.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, RAMS, specs and company procedures.
• Monitor quality, progress, costs and programme risks; escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain site records, progress reports and handover documentation.
• Promote safe working practices and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
