Responsibilities

• Manage hard Facilities Management activities across single or multiple sites.
• Monitor the supply chain to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Review planned maintenance certification, identify compliance issues, and raise remedial work orders.
• Manage resources, risks, contractors, and client relationships to ensure project delivery.
• Respond to operational challenges while maintaining service excellence.
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and performance across all areas.
• Lead, coordinate, and deliver small works projects from planning to completion.

ROLE: Small Works Supervisor
HOURS: 8-5, Mon-Fri
LOCATION: Beith

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Small Works Supervisor with experience managing small works projects across multiple sites. This role is responsible for supporting hard FM operations, overseeing contractors, maintaining compliance, and delivering projects from planning through to completion.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and support hard Facilities Management activities across single or multiple sites.
• Monitor the supply chain to ensure all work activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Review planned maintenance certification, identify compliance issues, and raise remedial work orders where required.
• Manage resources, risks, contractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
• Respond promptly and professionally to operational challenges while maintaining service excellence.
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and performance are maintained across all areas of responsibility.
• Lead, coordinate, and deliver small works projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical and Electrical biased Small Works Supervisor, with relevant project management experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Experience using CAFM systems and other facilities management software.
