Job summary

CBRE in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Small Works Manager to lead a team delivering a portfolio of small projects funded by clients within our contract. You will manage costing, procurement and governance, ensuring best value while maintaining safety and quality and strong client communications.

You will report to the Account Manager and collaborate with the Project Management team to drive performance, growth, and exceptional service across CBRE’s facilities management portfolio in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project management and facilities management.
• Minimum 2 years experience and a professional qualification.
• Member of MCIOB/MRICS/MICE.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Health and safety knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver small projects and customer funded works.
• Manage costing, quotation, procurement and governance.
• Provide weekly and monthly financial/status reporting.
• Ensure health and safety culture across the team and supply chain.
• Develop and mentor junior colleagues.
• Maintain client communications and engage stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the contract.
