Job summary

You will oversee costing, procurement, governance and management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety at the forefront. You will generate performance reporting and management information, maintain client communications, manage suppliers and subcontractors, and provide leadership to junior colleagues while promoting

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of project management and delivery in workplace/facilities management.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience and a construction/real estate professional qualification.
• Membership of MCIOB, MRICS or MICE preferred.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the costing, scoping and delivery of small project works across the designated unit/region.
• Ensure a strong health and safety culture and compliance with QHSE policies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to build confidence in project service.
• Manage suppliers/subcontractors and provide feedback on performance.
• Provide operational reporting on project progress and financial status.
