Job summary

Apogee is seeking an experienced Small Format Digital Print Operator to join our busy print environment. You will manage multiple tasks, operate digital print and finishing equipment, and ensure high-quality output for a range of print jobs.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and ability to drive for work, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Hours are 37.5 per week, with DBS check applicable, and opportunities to engage with clients and the wider team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a digital print operator (small format preferred).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive for work.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team-oriented and client-facing attitude.
• Professional and friendly approach when dealing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of small-format print jobs.
• Create A5–A3 flyers, A4 and A5 booklets.
• Handle simple A4 and A5 documents; NCR sets.
• Operate print and finishing equipment; manage workflow with Fiery Command WorkStation.
• Perform basic file checks and edits using Adobe Acrobat.
• Liaise with account managers/clients to ensure requirements are met.
• Deliver printed materials to client sites as needed.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and team to meet deadlines.
• Update delivery and job information in internal systems.
