We are a family-run, progressive, independent small animal veterinary practice seeking an enthusiastic veterinary surgeon to join our small team. The successful candidate will join an experienced team of certificate holders providing mentorship and supporting clinical development.

Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of practice experience; however, this can be overlooked for the right candidate.

Vista Vets is a first-opinion practice equipped to handle varied caseloads, including a large prep room with an in-house laboratory, and an imaging suite with high-end ultrasound and DR X-Ray. Our spacious surgical theatre is equipped for a wide range of soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries.

We offer a generous CPD allowance, with RCVS and VDS fees included. Support is available for those interested in enrolling in a small animal postgraduate certificate program.

To promote a healthy work-life balance, we offer a 40-hour workweek, typically working 4-5 days, including weekends on a 1 in 4 rota. A paid holiday allowance of 5 weeks plus bank holidays is included.

Salary is competitive and based on experience, ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per year.
