We are now recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join the growing team at a small animal veterinary practice in the Braintree area of Essex.

Details of the Role

• Full-time opportunity, ideally working 4 days a week with a 1 in 4 weekend rota and no OOH
• Purpose-built practice with high-quality facilities and equipment
• Interesting and varied caseload with visiting specialists, including peri-arthritic orthopaedic, soft tissue surgeons for complex cases, and a cardiologist
• Provides good development opportunities with lots of exposure to surgeries
• Requires confidence with routine consults and surgeries; practice supports interests in any area of specialism
• CPD funding and paid RCVS, BVA, and VDS memberships
• Located just 1 hour from London by train; two airports within 40 minutes; a ferry port on the coast
• Visa sponsorship available

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Registered with the RCVS
• Confident with routine consults and surgeries
