Otter Vets in Sidmouth, part of ivc, is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly team. The role offers a 40-hour week across four or five days with no on-call requirements and potential flexibility for part-time candidates.

You will build your own client base and pursue areas of clinical interest with supported development. There is a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with excellent equipment and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• See a mix of cases, predominantly cats and dogs with some small furries.
• Surgical work is largely routine, with dedicated operating days to focus on patients.
• Build your own client base and develop the areas of clinical work that interest you most.
• Protected admin time to keep on top of notes without feeling rushed.
• No out-of-hours or on-call requirements; flexible working patterns considered.
