Job summary

The Hippodrome Casino is seeking a confident Slot Host to join the Electronic Gaming team. You will welcome guests, guide gameplay, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere on the slots floor while ensuring smooth operations and top-tier customer service.

Applicants should have 1 year of Slot Host experience, strong tech confidence, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting. On-site shifts include nights and weekends.

• Provide guidance on gameplay, machine features, and promotions.
• Monitor the slots area to ensure machines are functioning correctly.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with the technical, security, and gaming teams as needed.

• You must have one year of experience working as a Slot Host in a similar environment.

• You must be over 18 years of age.
