South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is seeking casual Assistant Theatre Technicians for The Town House Hamilton. The role focuses on setting up and operating sound, lighting and PA systems to support live performances and events.
You will assist with stage sets and AV equipment and help ensure smooth deliveries of shows. Evening and weekend work is typical, with occasional daytime shifts; a positive team player is preferred.

Are you passionate about live events, theatre, and technical production? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Theatre Technicians to support the delivery of performances, productions, and events within The Town House Hamilton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the team that brings performances, events and productions to life. Working behind the scenes, you will play a key role in supporting a wide variety of live events and activities.

It is essential that you have experience of working within a technical department, preferably within a theatre or performance venue.
This role is ideal for those who enjoy the excitement of live events. Working hours will be predominantly evenings and weekends, including some late finishes. There may also be opportunities for occasional daytime work.
You'll be part of a dedicated team helping to deliver memorable experiences for audiences across South Lanarkshire, working on a diverse programme of events, performances and community activities in some of the area's most popular venues.
