Job summary

SPP Flexible Packaging in Shepshed, East Midlands, is seeking an experienced Slitting Operator to run a slitter/rewinder line, keep quality tight and output moving as the site scales.

You will operate the equipment, perform QC on your own work, and carry out basic maintenance on the machines, applying a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on production experience.
• High personal quality standards and attention to detail.
• A can-do attitude, comfortable working under pressure and self-managing.
