Job summary

Blu Tech consulting represents a London based Commercial Glazing contractor for a Slinger role in Bridgend, South Wales. The project involves installing a unitised curtain wall system at a new build college site.

Essentially you must hold a CPCS or NPORS card and be able to provide recent references. Immediate start for an estimated 6–8 months, with duties including sling, lift, and radio communication with the crane driver.

Our client a London based Commercial Glazing contractor currently seek an experienced Slinger for one of thier projects in Bridgend, South Wales.

The work itself is a new build college and they are installing a unitised curtain wall system.

It is essential that you hold a CPCS or NPORS card can provide recent references for similar work undertook.

Duties will include:

• Tying lifts with straps and chains
• Clear and concise communication skills with Crane driver over the radio
• Slinging unitised Curtain walls to gantry's on various levels
• Lifting of plant and materials
• All other associated tasks as instructed

This is an immediate start for the right candidate and will be circa 6-8 months work
