Dreams Limited is hiring for a part-time Retail Sleep Expert in Rotherham. You’ll help customers choose the right mattress using Sleepmatch, guide them through high-value purchases, and ensure an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and stay motivated to hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Team player who can commit to 25 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and understand their needs.
• Guide customers to high-value purchases and use Sleepmatch to recommend suitable products.
• Maintain store appearance, update displays and support the team to achieve store goals.
• Assist with general housekeeping and ensure a welcoming in-store experience.
