Job summary

Dreams Limited in Falkirk is seeking a customer-focused Sleep Expert to join our Retail team. You will assist customers, understand their sleep preferences, and use Sleepmatch technology to recommend the perfect mattress.

The role is full-time (38.5 hours) with uncapped commission and a generous colleague discount. We welcome motivated individuals with a friendly, team-oriented approach who can deliver exceptional in-store experiences and achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to listen to customer needs.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Motivation to meet KPIs and sales targets; no prior sales experience required.
• Willingness to learn about bed products and Sleepmatch technology.
• Flexible to work 38.5 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in-store and understand their needs.
• Guide customers through the Sleepmatch process to select suitable mattresses.
• Assist with in-store presentation and displays to keep the store looking its best.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment and teamwork.
