Job summary

Dreams Limited in Sheffield is hiring a part-time Retail Associate to join our store team for 20 hours a week. You will greet customers, understand their sleep needs and guide them to the perfect mattress using Sleepmatch technology.

• Excellent communication to understand customer needs and explain products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to recommend products.
• Engage with customers from greeting to sale and aftercare.
• Become a Sleepmatch Master to help customers choose the right mattress.
• Keep the store neat and displays up to date.
