Job summary

We Are Care is seeking experienced support workers for evening shifts and paid sleep-in nights in small supported living homes for adults with learning disabilities around Bourne and Grantham (PE10 and NG33).

Shifts are booked weeks in advance, allowing you to plan around them with part-time hours. Holiday pay is included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension is available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Experienced support workers for adults with learning disabilities.
• Experience in supported living environments preferred.
• Able to work evenings and participate in paid sleep-in nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening support in small supported living homes.
• Perform paid sleep-in duties and morning handover.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and safety.
