Job summary

We Are Care is seeking experienced support workers to assist young adults with learning disabilities in small residential homes around Bourne and Grantham. Shifts include days, nights and weekends, with regular work thereafter.

Holiday pay is included in the hourly rate, and a workplace pension is available where eligible. We are looking for reliable staff who can adapt to behaviors that challenge and provide compassionate, person-centred support to residents in PE10, NG31, PE9 and PE1 areas.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends.
• Commitment to safeguarding and creating a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support young adults with learning disabilities in small residential homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as required.
