Job summary

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Sleep & CPAP Support Worker to provide senior administrative support to the Sleep & CPAP Service within the Clinical Measurement Unit and assist with coordination of bookings and communications.

You will handle reception for patients, download data from sleep monitors, prep monitors for reuse, issue CPAP consumables, and monitor stock levels of consumables and stationery as part of a clinical support role.

Responsibilities

• Receptionist service to patients attending the Clinical Measurement Unit.
• Management of appointment bookings in a co-ordination role.
• Downloading data from sleep monitors and cleaning/prepping monitors for reissue to patients.
• Issuing CPAP consumables and monitoring and maintaining stock levels of CPAP consumables and stationery.
