Job summary

Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Sleep Appointments Co-ordinator to support the Sleep Disorder Centre. The role focuses on arranging outpatient, inpatient, and home diagnostics, along with maintaining patient pathways and timely data entry for RTT targets.

You will handle high volumes of calls, work with clinical teams to optimise clinic utilisation, and ensure accurate records of outcomes and pathway updates while contributing to efficient service delivery within an NHS

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule outpatient, inpatient, and home diagnostic appointments
• Maintain accurate waiting lists and patient pathways
• Support RTT targets through tracking and data entry
• Handle high volumes of patient calls with professionalism
• Work with clinical teams to optimise clinic utilisation and patient flow
• Ensure clinic outcomes, DNAs, and pathway updates are recorded
• Assist with admin of the clinic and coordination and equipment management as needed
