Targeted Provision Ltd is recruiting experienced SEND tutors for one-to-one tuition across the UK. Roles involve working with children aged 4-18, in English, Maths or Science, typically 1–2 hours per session.
Most placements are flexible, part-time engagements with home-based planning, hybrid options, and supportive colleagues from SEMH-focused teams. Candidates should have 2+ years of teaching or tutoring with SEND experience, hold QTS or QTLS, and be UK-based with the right to work.
You'll work with vulnerable young people, one at a time, on their terms - none of the teaching-at-scale trade-off, less admin, just one person and the part of teaching you care about. We're recruiting experienced SEND tutors in County Durham, £28 - £35 per hour, for one-to-one tuition with children and young people who've fallen out of mainstream education, or never been properly served by it.
We meet each young person where they are - engagement before attainment, child-led. We match, we don't dictate. Trauma-informed tuition that's transformative, not a gap filler - trusted by Local Authorities and schools across the UK.
Paid monthly via an auto-generated invoice you approve in our tutor portal.
Safer recruitment applies; we welcome tutors from every background and want our network to reflect the communities our learners come from.
