Job summary

Dunbia is recruiting at our Dungannon Primary Site for motivated individuals to contribute to ongoing production efficiency and quality. You will work as part of a team in slaughter, dressing and evisceration processes, ensuring health, safety, hygiene and compliance with welfare guidelines.

Essential takes include determination, willingness to learn and strong communication; desirable skills include experience in a slaughter hall and knife handling abilities.

Qualifications

• Essential: Must be a determined individual and willing to learn.
• Essential: Possess good communication skills.
• Essential: Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Desirable: Experience in Slaughter Hall Environment.
• Desirable: The ability to demonstrate knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the slaughter, dressing and evisceration of cattle and sheep in accordance with animal welfare regulations and DAERA guidelines.
• Ensure production runs efficiently by working as a team.
• Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.
